2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through www.karinsanat.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the product description, price (including applicable taxes), payment method, delivery terms, and return conditions presented at checkout.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

- Product type, quantity, price (tax included), and delivery details are confirmed at checkout and form part of these Terms.

- Payment is accepted by credit/debit card, processed securely through our payment provider, iyzico, or by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not offered.

- We do not store your card details; card data is handled entirely by our payment provider.

- Orders must be placed by, and invoiced to, the same person; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

- You must be 18 or older to place an order.

- We are not responsible for pricing errors caused by system malfunction; if stock is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a comparable item or a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery timeframes, address responsibility, and damage-reporting procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Right of Return and Exceptions

Your right to return an item, and the categories of products excluded from return (consumable art materials, opened packaging, etc.), are set out in our Warranty & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. International Orders

For orders shipped outside Türkiye, applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout, and the item is delivered to you on a tax-inclusive basis. Customs clearance, import duties, and delivery timeframes are governed by the laws and procedures of the destination country and are outside our control. Because of these customs and carrier factors, returns and exchanges on international orders may follow a different process than domestic orders; where our own fault is confirmed, we work with you toward a fair resolution consistent with standard international shipping practice.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control — natural disaster, epidemic, war, strikes, regulatory change, or infrastructure failure. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the order.

8. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and, where applicable, other relevant data protection law. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts of Türkiye (Istanbul), or, for international customers, in accordance with applicable local consumer protection law where mandatory.
