Calligraphy Pen Holders

Calligraphy, illustration and lettering all begin with the right holder in your hand. This collection brings together the ergonomic, hard-wearing holders from Brause, Manuscript and Speedball alongside handmade wooden bodies turned by craftspeople.

The handmade holders are worked from walnut, olive, ebony and other hardwoods, so each one carries its own grain and balance in the hand. Whether you are starting out as a hobbyist or working professionally in Islamic or Western calligraphy, you will find a fit here among the straight, oblique and metal-reservoir models.
