Schmincke College Oil Paint 35 ml 520 May Green

Consisting of eighteen opaque and six transparent colors, the Schmincke College Oil Color series possesses all the characteristics that oil paints should have. It is very easy to apply due to reasons such as its easy mixability and the provision of uniform and rapid drying across every area of the paint layer. Thanks to its extremely smooth and creamy consistency, oil painting brush and palette knife strokes remain visible on the painting surface exactly as intended. By mixing the three primary colors of the College series—yellow, magenta, and cyan—many different colors can be obtained. These three colors are ideal for beginners to learn how to create color mixtures. You can fill your palette with many different shades obtained from these three colors. Schmincke College series oil paints can also be used by mixing them with Mussini oil paints, Akademie oil paints, Van Gogh oil paints, Winsor & Newton oil paints, Rembrandt oil paints, and Pebeo oil paint series. With the meticulous craftsmanship of the German paint industry, Schmincke has created the College Series, a student-grade oil paint with features capable of satisfying even professionals. We can say that it is the most affordable oil paint available for a College series oil paint palette in terms of price and quality. We recommend protecting your oil painting work on canvas with an oil paint varnish. We advise applying two coats of oil paint varnish. To create an oil paint set, you can build a starter set with basic colors by using white, black, yellow, blue, and red oil paints. You can find oil painting materials such as oil painting mediums, oil paint cleaning gels, and turpentine for oil painting, which will facilitate and enhance your use of oil paints, in the oil painting accessories section of our website.
