A balanced coat is applied over the Primer (Rapid Undercoat 1) before it has fully dried. The crackling effect in the primer becomes visible after a few hours, once the crackle varnish has dried completely. Wait overnight for the drying process to be completed. Afterward, the cracks can be painted with Schmincke oil paints. Contains gum arabic and water.
