Schmincke Horadam Supergranulation Sulu Boya 5 ml 911 Volcano Yellow

Super-granulating colors are characterized by a special feature: The combination of at least two granulating HORADAM pigments intensifies this effect, creating a "super-granulation." These hues are composed of pigments from different color families, which, in addition to the granulation effects, also result in color shifts.

The formation of natural textures depends on the substrate and the amount of water used. Rough paper strengthens the granulation effect.

The 50 super-granulating colors are divided into 10 thematic series of 5 shades each: Deep Sea, Glacier, Galaxy, Forest, Tundra, Volcano, Shire, Desert, Fog, and Urban. All super-granulating HORADAM watercolors are extremely lightfast (4 and 5 stars).
