Schmincke Horadam Supergranulation Sulu Boya 5 ml 913 Volcano Red

Super-granulating colors are characterized by a special feature: The combination of at least two granulating HORADAM pigments intensifies this effect, creating a "super-granulation." These hues are composed of pigments from different color families, which, in addition to the granulation effects, also result in a color shift.

The natural texture formation varies depending on the surface and the amount of water used. Rough paper enhances the granulation effect.

The 50 super-granulating hues are divided into 10 thematic series, each consisting of 5 tones: Deep Sea, Glacier, Galaxy, Forest, Tundra, Volcano, Shire, Desert, Fog, and Urban. All super-granulating HORADAM watercolors have excellent lightfastness (4 and 5 stars).
