Basic Information: Masking fluid is used to cover areas that are not to be painted on smoother, oil-free, and dry surfaces (e.g., illustration boards and similar) (25ml, 100ml). Features: Colorless and blue-colored. Transparent. Ammonia-free. Odorless. Usage: · Masking Fluid is ready to use. Masking fluid can be applied to the surface with the fine tip of a masking pen. If necessary, you can narrow the opening of the masking fluid bottle further, but for this, please use a metal nib used in professional glass or porcelain painting. · This product can be thinned with water, but it dries very quickly into a rubbery transparent layer. · Once the masking fluid has dried, the masked picture can be painted with watercolor, gouache, or Aerocolor inks. Drying time may range from a few minutes to slightly over an hour depending on the thickness of the layer. · After the paint layer has dried properly, you can remove the dried rubbery masking fluid layer by carefully rubbing it with a clean, oil-free finger. (Please do not tear it off.) · Masking fluid should not remain on the painting surface for more than 2 days. Otherwise, it may cause yellowing. · It is not applied to very soft surfaces such as parchment or linen. · Close the cap tightly immediately after use. · Store in a dry and cool place. · Protect from freezing.
