International Delivery Terms

1) Order Preparation and Dispatch

  • Unless otherwise stated, international orders are handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For fragile, bulky, or specially packaged art materials, the preparation time may be extended. Customers will be informed if necessary.

  • Orders shipped from different warehouses may be partially dispatched.

2) Delivery Scope and Shipping Costs

  • Shipments are made to countries outside of Turkey.

  • Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight/volume, destination country, and courier tariffs.

  • “Free shipping” or promotional shipping offers generally do not apply to international orders (unless otherwise announced).

  • Delivery times depend on the international courier’s route, customs clearance, and local distribution processes. Average delivery time is 5–15 business days, but may vary.

3) Customs Duties, Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

  • For international shipments, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • These costs vary depending on the regulations of the destination country and are beyond the seller’s control.

  • Buyers are responsible for checking compliance with their own country’s import and customs regulations.

4) Address Accuracy and Buyer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient details, address, and contact information.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to complete customs procedures will incur return shipping and customs costs, payable by the buyer.

5) Customs Clearance and Undeliverable Shipments

  • If the buyer does not provide the necessary documents or payments on time, the shipment may remain in customs or be returned.

  • In such cases, all return costs and re-shipment fees are borne by the buyer.

6) Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to international shipping regulations, some items such as flammable/chemical liquids, solvents, aerosol sprays cannot be shipped abroad.

  • Large items (e.g., oversized canvases, paper rolls) may require additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified in such cases.

7) Force Majeure and Carrier Delays

  • Natural disasters, wars, strikes, pandemics, severe weather, customs congestion, and carrier-related delays are considered force majeure and are not the seller’s responsibility.

  • Delivery times may be extended under such circumstances.

8) Returns and Exchanges

  • Return and exchange processes for international orders must be considered together with the Warranty & Return Policy and the Distance Sales Agreement.

  • All related shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
