1. Warranty Conditions

  • The products sold by our Company are art and stationery materials, and therefore do not fall under the category of durable consumer goods; no statutory warranty certificate is issued.

  • Apart from visible manufacturing or shipping defects, no warranty commitment is provided.

  • Issues arising from misuse, improper storage, user error, or external factors are not covered.


2. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  • In accordance with the Turkish Distance Sales Regulation, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The right of withdrawal applies only to unused, resalable items in their complete and original packaging.

  • Products that are opened, used, or with damaged packaging cannot be returned.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in the case of defective items).

⚠️ International Orders: For returns from abroad, the customer is also responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees incurred during the return process.


3. Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Art materials that are perishable, consumable, or single-use in nature (e.g., paints, inks, varnishes, adhesives).

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for return for hygiene/safety reasons.

  • Papers that have been cut to size, or products specially prepared/imported for the customer.

  • Partial returns of campaign bundles or product sets.


4. Defective Products

  • If damage or shortage is detected at the time of delivery, a damage report must be issued with the courier.

  • Claims without such a report will not be accepted.

  • If a product is confirmed to be defective, replacement or return will be processed free of charge by our Company.

⚠️ International Orders: If a product is damaged in transit due to customs inspections or local courier handling abroad, responsibility lies with the buyer unless a courier damage report is provided.


5. Return Procedure

  • Once your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back to our Company.

  • After inspection and confirmation, the refund will be made within 14 days.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

⚠️ International Returns: Refunds will exclude any customs duties, handling charges, or return shipping fees deducted during the return process.
