Membership Agreement
Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between ESEFOĞLU ALTIN KIRTASİYE İTH. İHR. SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”) and the individual user (“Member”) who registers on the Company’s website (“Site”) under the following terms and conditions.

Member
The Member agrees to provide their name, surname, contact information, and other required details accurately and completely during registration on the Site.
Definitions
Member: The real person who registers on our Site by completing the membership form and is accepted as a member.
Site: The e-commerce platform owned and operated by the Company, where shopping and membership services are offered.
Services: Membership benefits, campaigns, order history tracking, and other opportunities provided to the Member through the Site.
Personal Data: The Member’s name, surname, address, phone number, e-mail address, and other data related to Site usage.
Article 1 – Membership Application and Approval
1.1 The Member must be at least 18 years old and must complete the membership form with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
1.2 The Company reviews and approves membership applications at its sole discretion. Approval is notified to the Member through the Site.
1.3 The Company is under no obligation to accept any application. Applications containing false, incomplete, or misleading information, or indicating misuse of the Site, may be rejected.
Article 2 – Member’s Rights and Obligations
2.1 The Member declares that the information provided during registration is correct and is responsible for any consequences of incomplete or inaccurate information.
2.2 The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. Any actions performed using these credentials are deemed to be the Member’s responsibility.
2.3 The Member agrees to comply with applicable laws, public order, and general ethical standards when using the Site and to follow the Site’s terms of service and technical requirements.
2.4 The Member consents to receive communications from the Company regarding campaigns, promotions, and information via e-mail or SMS, while retaining the right to opt out at any time.
Article 3 – Termination and Suspension of Membership
3.1 The Member may cancel their membership at any time via the Site or by written notice to the Company.
3.2 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in the following cases:
a) Fraudulent or malicious use of the Site or membership account,
b) Actions damaging the reputation of the Company or the Site,
c) Breaches of Site rules, this Agreement, or applicable laws.
3.3 Suspension may temporarily restrict access to Site benefits; in the case of termination, all membership rights are revoked.
Article 4 – Site Use, Account Security, and Responsibilities
4.1 The Member is responsible for all activities conducted under their account. Transactions made with the registered credentials (username, e-mail, password, etc.) are deemed to be made by the Member.
4.2 The Member must notify the Company in case of system errors, technical issues, or incorrect data entries. The Company will take reasonable steps to correct such issues.
4.3 The Company takes technical measures to ensure Site security, but the Member is responsible for maintaining security on their own devices (e.g., password protection, antivirus software).
Article 5 – Campaigns and Membership Benefits
5.1 The Company may announce exclusive campaigns, discounts, or benefits for Members on the Site. Conditions of such campaigns will be specified in the announcements.
5.2 The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel campaigns at any time. Changes take effect from the date of announcement.
Article 6 – Data Protection and Privacy Policy
6.1 All personal data provided by the Member will be processed and stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, GDPR.
6.2 The Company may use the Member’s data for: order and membership processing, service provision, customer relations, campaign and marketing communications (subject to consent), and statistical/analytical purposes.
6.3 The Member is responsible for keeping their contact and identification details up to date via the Site. The Company will act on the latest information provided.
Article 7 – Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, infrastructure failures, or internet service disruptions.
Article 8 – Validity and Amendments
8.1 This Agreement becomes effective once the membership form is completed and the statement “I have read and accept the Membership Agreement” is checked.
8.2 The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement without prior notice. Changes will take effect on the date they are published on the Site. The Member is responsible for keeping track of updates.
Article 9 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
9.2 In case of disputes between the Member and the Company, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
By registering as a Member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Membership Agreement.
