International Sales Agreement

This International Sales Agreement governs the sale of products by ESEFOĞLU ALTIN KIRTASİYE LTD. ŞTİ. (“Seller”)
to customers located outside of Türkiye (“Buyer”).

1. Scope and Governing Law
This agreement applies to all international sales made via the Seller’s website (www.karinsanat.com).
It is subject to applicable international trade laws and the laws of Türkiye.

2. Order Confirmation and Dispatch
The contract is considered binding once the order has been dispatched. A shipping confirmation email
with tracking details will be sent to the Buyer.

3. No Returns or Refunds for International Orders
Due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping, returns or refunds are not accepted once
an order has been dispatched. Buyers are strongly encouraged to review product specifications before placing an order.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods
If the Buyer receives a defective or damaged item, they must notify the Seller within 7 calendar days of delivery,
providing photographic evidence and the order number. Upon verification, the Seller may, at its discretion,
offer a replacement or partial refund. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays or additional costs caused by customs processes.

6. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from international shipment delays,
customs clearance issues, or delivery complications beyond its control.

7. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Türkiye.
